Program and Education Committee - Charge

The committee is composed of six (6) members. At least one member will be appointed from the city in which AAMC/AAHSL will meet. The committee shall:

1) Plan the Annual Meeting program and budget and submit it to the Board of Directors for approval.

2) Submit program and facility needs information to the AAHSL Headquarters for submission to the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) in accordance with AAMC guidelines and deadlines.

3) Publicize the Annual Meeting program via the AAHSL listserv and other means.
