Finance Committee Charge

 

The committee is composed of the Immediate Past-President, who serves as Chairman, the Secretary/Treasurer, and one (1) Board Member, who shall have served in that capacity for one (1) year. The committee shall:

 

1. Prepare and present the Association budget to the Board of Directors for approval.

 

2. Present the draft budget to the membership at the annual meeting of the Association.

 

3. Audit the Association's accounts annually and report the results of the audit to the Board and the membership.

 

4. Present a review of investments and recommendations regarding the investment portfolio annually at the Board's Planning Meeting. 5. Review and draft changes to financial policies prior to each annual meeting.
